The Opportunity
We have built and self-financed what we have found to be the first proprietary Agentic AI platform that automates Financial Lines claims handling—a $5B+ North American market currently stuck in the 1980s.
Our live, attentively trained platform compresses months of legal analysis by coverage attorneys into minutes (parsing D&O, E&O, EPLI and Fiduciary) with uncanny accuracy.
We are pre-revenue by design, carrying zero debt, and backed by a serial founder. We are seeking a dealmaking Chief Executive Officer to secure capital, build strategic partnerships, and scale North American operations.
The Upside: This role offers significant ground-floor equity ownership ahead of commercial traction, as well as competitive salary and benefits.
Responsibilities:
1. Capital Formation & Investor Relations (Primary Focus)
- Drive Equity Raises: Develop and execute fundraising strategies/campaigns targeting accredited high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and family offices across the US, Canada, and internationally.
- Close Deal Rounds: Own all investor communications, build a robust capital pipeline, and secure rounds to fuel aggressive market expansion.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate high-value relationships with Carriers, TPAs, MGAs, MGU’s. Brokers and Law Firms.
2. North American Operations & Leadership
- Scale the Business: Assume full P&L responsibility for North America; set strategic direction and make high-stakes operational decisions.
- Build the Executive Team: Lead and expand the senior leadership team.
- Brand Evangelism: Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, and media appearances.
Requirements:
- Proven Fundraiser: Track record of closing significant equity investments from HNWIs and family offices.
- Active Network: An immediate, rolodex of accredited investors and family offices.
- Executive Leadership: 5+ years of senior management experience (accomplished mid-level executives ready to step up are welcome).
- Location: Based in the NYC metro area, or open to regular travel to NYC and across North America.
Nice-to-Haves but not Required
- Background in sell-side investment banking, startups, fintech, or insurance.
- Note: A legal background is not required; deep domain expertise is already in-house.
