STEVE FLEMING, FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNER 
Since 2001, Steve has been responsible for business development, client origination, and operational oversight. Before WSC, he was an Executive Director at Options Group, one of the largest financial sector retained search firms. Steve previously worked for USN Communications in sales management. Steve is a US Navy Veteran, serving in South America - Counter Narcotic Operations. He holds a B.S. in Business Economics from the State University of New York at Oneonta.

OREN GOLD, CO-HEAD & MANAGING DIRECTOR
Oren has over 25 years of experience managing highly specialized searches with Alternative Investments, Asset Management, and Institutional Investor companies. Oren is a trusted advisor to clients C-Suite, Front, Middle, and Back Office human capital needs. In 2001, he launched WSC's Temporary Staffing business. Oren holds a Business Administration degree from the Frank G. Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University.

AMY O'HALLORAN, HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Amy is the Head of HR, responsible for learning & development, benefits administration, and diversity, equity, and inclusion oversight. Before WSC, Amy worked for Douglas Elliman and AC Lawrence. Amy holds a B.S. degree in Economics from Bucknell University and a Certificate in Accounting from Fordham University.

NICK SOLOMON, CTO & HEAD OF DIGITAL
Nick is responsible for data management, digital services, and web architecture. He has a broad knowledge of cloud, artificial intelligence, data governance, and full-stack development. Nick holds a Computer Science and Finance degree from Pace University.

TYLER LAVERY, VICE PRESIDENT
Tyler is responsible for the candidate research and project management duties of the asset management and alternative investment practice. He oversees a team of research analysts that cover search mandates led by our partners. Following a successful internship in 2019, he was hired full-time in May 2021. Tyler played college baseball at Indian River State College and holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida.

BRIAN BARRETT, C.P.A., MANAGING DIRECTOR
Brian heads private equity finance and operations practice covering searches for CFO, COO, and Controllers (Fund | Corp | Tax). Before joining WSC, Brian’s finance career spans over 25 years of supporting deal teams in senior leadership roles at TPG Capital, Merrill Lynch Private Equity, GSO Capital Partners, and Blackstone. Brian holds a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Siena College and an M.B.A. from NYU Stern School of Business.

ED FLEMING, MANAGING DIRECTOR
Ed is responsible for business development and overseeing recruiting mandates for investment banking clients. Before WSC, Ed worked as Vice President at Options Group, one of the largest financial sector retained search firms. Prior to retained search, Ed worked at Liberty Mutual selling customized business and life insurance solutions. Ed holds a B.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at Oneonta.

CHRIS ZOURIDES, MANAGING DIRECTOR
Chris heads Wall Street Careers outplacement and career management services. He is recognized on LinkedIn as one of the premier resume writers and career coaches. Before joining WSC, Chris worked for TheLadders.com as an expert resume writer exclusively for mid to senior-level executives. Chris was a Vice President of Recruiting at Options Group, one of the largest financial sector retained search firms. Chris is a Certified Career Coach (CPCC) and Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW). Chris holds a B.S. in Business Economics from the State University of New York College at Oneonta.
