Job Description

 
Company: Global Multi-Strategy Private Equity firm (Direct Investments, Fund of Funds, Infrastructure / Real Assets, Real Estate, Private Wealth and Private Debt) with over  $90B of AUM.



Responsibilities:
  • Support the continued build out of the Private Wealth Platform operations, infrastructure and team
  • Work closely with the Head of operations to research and produce new operational processes to support the business
  • Assist in process improvement projects with internal and external stakeholders of the platform
  • Support the audit process of the platforms fund offerings
  • Assist in the day to day activities of a small broker dealer that supports some of the platforms products
  • Support the review and close of the BD’s monthly books and records
  • Support the production and review of quarterly regulatory filings
  • Liaise with the home office finance team regularly to investigate and reconcile the books and records
Requirements:
  • College Degree in finance, economics or accounting is preferred
  • 2-4+ years of experience working in a middle of back office team with exposure to reporting, client queries and operational process in a financial service firm
  • Hands on experience with software and tools such as SAP Business Objects / Crystal Reports, Power BI Tableau or QlikView
  • Familiarity with Alternative investments or the Private Wealth space preferred
  • Working knowledge of Excel & Power Point
