Human Resources Manager VP/Director (Consultant 6-12+ months - temp-to-perm) managing the HR Platform for a growing Investment Management Firm
Responsibilities
• Manage HR Administration supporting employees, HR Policies and Procedures, Benefits, HR Compliance, Compensation, and Learning and development
• Impact recruiting costs by creating and driving an effective and cost-efficient strategy; recruiting organically, utilizing social media, supporting internal referral program, encouraging internal mobility, and negotiating vendor contracts
• Redefine and enhance our current process and onboarding
• Develop strong relationships with senior management and provide vital information on the external market trends and compensation vs internal equity
• Advise on the compensation strategy and recommend offers to incentivize attraction, performance, and engagement • Spearhead the rollout of HR technologies to enhance recruitment and benefits
• Develop talent strategies around attraction, engagement, retention, and development
Requirements
• Position reports to CFO, and is working in NYC midtown office M-F 9 AM - 5 PM
• 5+ Years experience working as a buy-side HR Generalist responsible for recruiting, compensation, benefits administration, HR compliance, learning and development, and talent management within a hedge fund, private equity, alternative investments, or asset management firm
• College Degree required
