Technology Specialist Summary:
The Client is an independent Broker-Dealer, seeking an experienced and driven individual for our
Technology Specialist position. This position is responsible for providing both advisor-facing and internal technology support in a clear and professional manner. They will play a key role in assisting with user setup, resets, help desk, training, initial and ongoing system configuration, and the creation and maintenance of reference guides. At least 2 years of industry experience is required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Black Diamond
    ● Manual account initial review – move to compliance or reject to rep and repeat
    ● By all feeds established
    ● By all missing accounts research and resolution including linking accounts
    ● DST data mapping
    ● Alternative investments cost basis updates/changes
    ● Problem solve security classifications – updating unknowns, reactive and proactive work
    ● Duplicate account reconciliation
    ● Setup all data feeds post transitions
    ● Post-Albridge rollout data clean up.
  2. Albridge
    ● Establish data feeds
    ● Data mapping to accounts

       3. Smarsh
           ● Account migration if applicable (or initial setup only)
           ● Sync with social media accounts
           ● Ongoing review of keywords, re-syncs
           ● Due diligence on texting
           ● Encryption

           4. Zendesk
           ● Ongoing monitoring, learning, and adapting to improve the system
           ● Monday.com integrations and updating as needed

           5. Docupace/Formslogic
           ● Troubleshoot system
           ● Monthly modifications
           ● For Docupace, there is a lot of repetitive training and/or help desk-related calls
